Copley Woodlands provides a significant array of services to keep you comfortable, active, and safe.

Each resident pays a monthly service fee; this fee helps us provide:

  • Professional on-site management
  • Personal Service Coordination
  • One meal per day in the dining room
  • Exercise Class
  • Activities, including social, cultural, and recreational events
  • Utilities, including heat, water, sewer, and electricity
  • General property, fire, and liability insurance
  • On-site, 24-hour staff and secure entry system
  • Lifeline Personal Response System
  • Building maintenance and repairs, including custodial service for all common areas
  • Landscaping and snow removal
  • Annual deep cleaning
  • Regularly scheduled local transportation

Additional optional services are available including:

  • Dining Room/Residents may
    • enjoy a second meal in the main dining room.
    • invite personal guests to meals
    • reserve a section of the dining room for a catered function or private party
    • order tray service when required
  • Transportation/The Copley Woodlands van
    • is available for private local transportation for a fee
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance/Our friendly staff
    • can be hired to help clean the Residences
    • will do laundry
    • is available for projects such as moving furniture and hanging pictures
  • Personal Services
    • Helping Hands is a service that makes life a little easier. A staff member can assist with a variety of small tasks on a daily basis.
