Copley Woodlands provides a significant array of services to keep residents comfortable, active and safe.  Here's the short list:

Professional On-Site Management • One meal per day in the main dining room
 Activities, including social, cultural and recreation events • Included heat, hot water, sewer and electricity
General Property, fire and liability Insurance (does not include individual liability or personal property)
Fire and smoke alarms throughout the facility • Staff 24-hour a day (including resident superintendent)
Security Entry System • Lifeline Personal Response System
Cable TV Service to Unit (Owner is responsible for monthly billing)
Telephone Service to Unit (Owner is responsible for monthly billing)
Building Maintenance and Repairs • Replacement Reserve for roof, walls, windows, etc.
Primary health screening and wellness programs • Annual deep cleaning
Regularly scheduled local transportation
